The DLA conditioning system (continuous flow system) is the ideal solution for companies that want to condition large quantities efficiently and automatically. The system has been specially designed for KLT containers - closed but open KLTs without lids can also be processed without any problems. The operator simply places the containers on the conveyor belt in front of the system and the DLA takes care of the rest: the KLTs are automatically drawn in, conditioned and then discharged again - without any manual intervention. The result is a continuous, reliable process with minimal labour requirements.

The system has a modular design and can be customised to your production volume - both in terms of the number of tubes and their capacity. Several conditioning programmes can also be stored via the integrated touch panel and called up at the touch of a button.
