Conditioning unit JK 1/240

Efficiency meets speed

Our JK 1/240 conditioning system - compact, precise and stain-free thanks to the vacuum process

The JK 1/240 is the ideal solution for the reliable vapour conditioning of small plastic batches. It works with an effective vacuum process that enables particularly uniform and controlled moisture absorption - even with closed KLT containers.

The chamber can hold up to two KLT containers at the same time. The maximum container size is L 600 × D 400 × H 300 mm. This makes the system ideal for laboratory purposes, small batches or sensitive components that need to be conditioned without stains.

The entire conditioning process is divided into three phases: Preheating, conditioning and drying. Individual parameters and times can be set for each phase via the control system - completely customised to your items and their requirements. This not only guarantees reproducible results, but also clean, stain-free removal directly after the process.

Your advantages at a glance

Stain-free conditioning

The vacuum process ensures that moisture penetrates the plastic parts evenly and in a controlled manner. As a result, there are no annoying water stains or condensation residues and the components can be removed directly after the process without reworking.

Complete process in one device

The JK 1/240 combines preheating, conditioning and drying in a single pass. This saves time and reduces manual labour, as all process steps are automated and precisely controlled.

Conditioning also in closed containers

Many companies use closed KLT containers without openings. With the JK 1/240, the containers do not have to be emptied before and after the process - this saves time and reduces the risk of errors or contamination.

High process control

Each phase of the conditioning process can be individually programmed in the control system - from times to temperature to pressure. This enables optimum adaptation to different materials and requirements, which ensures reproducible results.

Gentle handling of the parts

Thanks to the precise control of temperature, pressure and humidity, plastic parts are treated particularly gently. This minimises the risk of deformation or material damage that can occur with conventional processes.

Compact design and flexible use

The JK 1/240 has a space-saving design and can easily fit into smaller production environments. Its compact size enables flexible integration into existing processes.
