Our conditioning processes at a glance

We offer various processes for conditioning polyamide and engineering plastics:
from energy-efficient vapour conditioning to precise vacuum technology.

We can advise you on which method is best suited to your components, processes and quality requirements.

No Energy

No-energy conditioning enables moisture absorption during storage and transport. Ideal for polyamide parts - without any additional energy consumption

Saturated steam

The saturated vapour process is the fastest method for conditioning polyamide. It can be used directly on the injection moulding machine and guarantees efficient and consistent results.

Vacuum

The vacuum process ensures precise conditioning of plastic parts. It enables stain-free results in KLT containers and is particularly gentle on the material.

Vapour atmosphere

Conditioning in a vapour atmosphere delivers consistently high moisture levels. It allows high throughputs with mesh boxes and KLT containers - ideal for series production.

No Energy Conditioning

No-energy conditioning is an accelerated, natural process for the moisture absorption of polyamide and technical plastics. With the help of a specially developed humidifier, we achieve a constant humidity of 100 % in closed rooms. The process requires no additional energy consumption and is particularly suitable for sustainable production.

Perfectly suited for:

- Conditioning during storage or transport
- If longer time windows are available for conditioning
- Stain-free and surface-dry parts

Available systems

Saturated vapour conditioning

Saturated vapour conditioning is the fastest process for absorbing moisture from polyamide parts. The components are evenly conditioned under slight vapour pressure, which reliably achieves dimensional accuracy and stability. This process is particularly suitable for series production with high quantities.

Perfectly suited for:

- Fully automated conditioning (directly on the injection moulding machine)
- Shortest process times for high capacity utilisation
- Conditioning of bulk parts and series items

Available systems

Vacuum conditioning

During vacuum conditioning, the pressure in the conditioning container is reduced so that polyamide and plastic parts can absorb moisture particularly quickly and evenly. The process is stain-free, extremely gentle on the material and enables precise control of the moisture content - ideal for the highest quality requirements.

Perfectly suited for:

- Conditioning in closed KLT containers
- Stain-free and even results
- Fully automated processes with high process reliability

Available systems

Vapour atmosphere

In vapour atmosphere conditioning, KLTs, Euroboxes or mesh boxes are evenly exposed to saturated vapour in a closed room. This means that even large quantities of polyamide and plastic parts can be reliably conditioned. The process enables high throughputs, consistent quality and optional combined drying up to 80 °C.

Perfectly suited for:

- Conditioning in KLTs, mesh or pallet boxes
- Polyamide components of any size - from small parts to large-format items
- Stain-free, surface-dried parts (with optional drying)
