Fully automated conditioning process

Directly at the injection moulding machine

Our innovative rotary conditioning system is based on the principle of a rotating turret drum in which several filling pipes are arranged in a circle. These filling tubes automatically pass through various stations: a filling station, several conditioning stations and an emptying station. The continuous rotation of the drum ensures a continuous material flow that is specially tailored to the requirements of plastics processing - especially for polyamide articles.

In contrast to conventional methods, where the entire process is carried out in batches, this design enables a completely uninterrupted and synchronised process. Each filling tube remains in the individual stations for the exact time required without the overall process having to be stopped or adjusted. The result: uniform moisture absorption, consistent product quality and maximum efficiency.

This solution is ideal for direct connection to injection moulding machines or for central conditioning areas with high throughput requirements. It not only offers precise process control, but also significant advantages in terms of automation and time savings

This is how it works:

If your polyamide parts need to be conditioned for 20 minutes, for example, a filling tube is emptied every 5 minutes and immediately refilled with new parts. The gradual rotation of the drum keeps the process flowing continuously - without downtime or waiting time. The conditioned parts are treated evenly, which guarantees high process reliability and consistent product quality.

This clever timing makes the system ideal for automated production environments - directly at the injection moulding machine or in central conditioning areas.
